Qualifications & Position Specific Tasks
The intern has the opportunity to learn firsthand about not for profit management by working closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors. The individual will obtain a thorough grasp of the inner workings of a non-profit organization. This may include Human Resources, Operations, Fiscal Management, Policy, Professional Development, Technical Support, Grants Management or Administration, Organizational Development and Wellness. The minimum commitment is one semester. Some weekends and nights may be required.
